California Recycling Expansion
Greenpath will be expanding on the capabilities and production capacity of its mixed plastic recycling washline in Colton, California. The wash line is capable of washing and separating mixed plastics by resin type and removing contaminants so material can be recycled and remanufactured into new environmentally friendly products. The improvements will more than double its current capacity.
Most recycling lines are designed for a single type of post-consumer bottle, such as PET or HDPE. Greenpath is a mixed material processor and has customized its processing to accept and recycle a variety of otherwise challenging post-industrial or post-consumer grades. Some of the common applications are LDPE film, Industrial PET bottles, Mixed HDPE Bottles, HDPE crates, PE/PP buckets, HDPE Pallets, Mixed bottles, BOPP film and labels.
