In addition, we can usually recover the majority, if not all, of the packaging, liquid, or other paper, plastic, and metal materials used so that they are not sent to a landfill – and so that some of it might be recycled, minimizing the loss.

One recent product destruction project included over 12,000,000 water bottles with a defective bottle cap and subject to a recall. Ultimately, we shredded the PET bottles, recovered the water for reuse in a dust control application, and re-manufactured the plastic into food packaging containers.

Another product destruction project involved over 1,000,000 recalled baby bottles, still in their original packaging. We un-packaged, disassembled, and ultimately extruded the polypropylene plastic into reprocessed pellets (repro) for reuse in manufacturing recycling totes.
